Richie Gold & Diamonds began in 1999 in a single workshop in the Deira Gold Souk. More than a quarter-century later, we still cut, polish, and set every piece by hand — and we ship to customers in 40+ countries from the same address. Our diamonds are GIA- or IGI-certified, our gold is responsibly sourced, and our prices are factory-direct because there's no middleman.

Is the gold real? How can I verify?

Yes. Every piece is hallmarked to Dubai standards and accompanied by a certificate. Bullion is 999.9 fine, minted with the R crest and assay sealed. Diamonds are independently graded by GIA or IGI, and we share the certificate before purchase.

How is gold priced?

Gold prices on this site follow the live market and include free worldwide insured shipping. Taxes, duties, and import charges are paid by the customer when required. If the live feed is unreachable, we show an indicative price and confirm the exact figure before payment.

Do you ship worldwide? How long does it take?

Yes — we ship to 40+ countries via insured courier (DHL or FedEx). UAE orders usually arrive next day; international orders in 3-7 business days. Bullion shipments are fully insured and tamper-sealed.

Can I visit the showroom?

Absolutely. We're at Dubai Deira Gold Souk, Lootah Building, Unit SH04 (near Gate 1) — open Sat-Thu 10:00-22:00. Walk-ins welcome, or book a private consultation on WhatsApp +971 50 109 3943.

Do you do custom / bespoke designs?

Yes — and it's most of what we do. Send a photo, sketch, or idea on WhatsApp and we'll send a sketch + quote within 24 hours, made entirely in-house at the Deira workshop.

Can you customize my luxury watch?

Yes — this is our Watch Atelier. We diamond-set bezels, dials and bracelets (iced out), build solid gold cases and bracelets, plate, engrave and create bespoke dials on any luxury watch. Bring your own watch or we source it. Commissions are priced on application: send a photo on WhatsApp and the workshop replies with a quote within 24 hours.

What payment methods do you accept?

Secure online checkout (Shopify), card, bank transfer, and Apple Pay in the UAE; international orders by bank wire or secure card link. Bullion orders are confirmed at the locked-in rate on WhatsApp.

Do you offer a warranty?

Every piece carries a workmanship warranty — if anything we made fails under normal wear, we repair or remake it free, plus free re-polishing and prong-tightening for 12 months.
